    review Look at the Dark British Literature Series Ò eBook or Kindle ePUB Look at the Dark British Literature SeriesAt one point Look at the Dark felt like it would be one of those books that would be impressionable to my readingwritingphilosophical mind It starts with great promise with a mixture of past and present finally culminating when the narrator gets hit by a vehicle while crossing the street in New York He ruminates during his hospital stay about what could be the meaning of this event in the scale of his life It reminded me of Robert Olen Butler's novels and in the end when the final act and last 40 pages are finished the whole idea seems a little cheap and coincidental It was a tough book to finish because I just didn't care that muchMy lack of con

    review Look at the Dark British Literature Series Ò eBook or Kindle ePUB Look at the Dark British Literature SeriesWhen I first started reading this I enjoyed this book because it seemed really intense Almost like you knew something big was going to happen because throughout the book the author almost like sets up the story for an great ending But that wasn’t the case this book had a ridiculously unsatisfying ending like I felt like the last 4 chapters of this book was probably torn out of the bookNot to say that this was a bad book because in the middle it was really interesting I will admit that this book was a little challenging to me because some of the ideas or even the concepts were little too much for me One thing that this book does is that it has lots of flashbacks almost every other chapter is a flashbackThe thing that i didn't like about this book was that it wasn't focused on one plot so there were many different stories within this book it almost seemed to be like each chapter was a different story for example chapte
